HiveBots Terms of Service

Last updated: 20 July 2026

1. Agreement

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are an agreement between you and HiveBots PTY LTD ("HiveBots," "we," "us"), an Australian company. By creating an account, hiring or cloning a bot, or otherwise using hivebots.ai or the HiveNet workspace (together, the "Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you use the Service on behalf of a company, you confirm you have authority to bind that company.

2. The Service

HiveBots provides AI-powered digital assistants ("bots") that you can hire from our repository or create by cloning yourself through a guided interview. Bots operate inside HiveNet, a private chat workspace. Bots are software: they can draft, summarise, schedule, research and automate, but they can make mistakes. You are responsible for reviewing bot output before relying on it, especially for legal, financial, compliance or client-facing decisions.

3. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. We may suspend accounts that we reasonably believe are compromised or in breach of these Terms.

4. Billing

5. Fair use and acceptable use

Weekly pricing assumes fair, ordinary business use. We may throttle or pause workloads that are clearly automated abuse (for example, scripted bulk traffic well beyond normal assistant use). You agree not to use the Service to:

6. Your data and content

You retain ownership of the content you provide to the Service and of bot output produced for you. You grant us the licence needed to operate the Service (store, process and transmit your content to run your bots). Connected integrations (such as Google) are governed by our Privacy Policy, and you can disconnect them at any time. Bot memory for a cancelled bot is deleted from the live platform as part of teardown.

7. Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, bot personas and branding, remains the property of HiveBots and its licensors. These Terms do not grant you any rights in it beyond use of the Service.

8. Availability and changes

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may improve or change features over time, and may modify these Terms; if we make material changes we will give notice through the Service, and continued use after notice constitutes acceptance.

9. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, HiveBots is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability arising out of the Service in any 12-month period is limited to the amounts you paid us in that period. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

10. Termination

You can stop using the Service and cancel your bots at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for material breach of these Terms. On termination, billing stops and bot data is removed from the live platform in line with our teardown process.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, and the parties submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
